OH MY LORDY! How have I not known this before? There is a SUPER easy way to lower your stress level…. you may not like it…. but according to a new study, it works. The more veggies you eat, the less you stress!
Every portion of vegetables you add to your plate (TO EAT) . . . lowers your stress levels by 5%. I need to start eating like 6-10 servings a day!
The effect is especially strong with green vegetables . . . and it works a little better for women than men.
