Answering the question” what’s for dinner” 5 nights a week getting you down? Do you feel like you don’t even have time to get the groceries in your house let alone make a meal? Join us in the cooking school and in 2 hours learn tips and trick to set your kitchen up to serve YOU! We will cover pantry and freezer stocking and shopping techniques that will set you up for success. We will be making fresh herb and lemon roasted chicken served with creamed spinach and quonia , Orange glazed salmon with green vegetable risotto, hearty ham and white bean soup, Baked penne pasta with roasted vegetables AND I’ll show how to transition each of these recipes into a second meal!

Valentine’s Day Candies and Cookies
Valentines is around the corner, what a perfect time to get in the kitchen and concoct some special delicacies for the ones you love. See how all our luscious confections take on a Valentine vibe. Learn to make elegant and amazing champagne dark chocolate truffles; meringue kisses in 3 flavors, magnificent macadamia toffee and sublime chocolate truffle cookies. We will craft Heart shaped lemon cakes stuffed with raspberry filling, rich and buttery homemade caramel chews delicious alone or in other candy recipes. Fabulous treats to make for all of your loved ones.

Love Bug Treats
Your little sweethearts will have a fantastic time in the kitchen making fun and tasty treats all while learning valuable kitchen skills. Kids will make their own lunch of spaghetti pie and love potion smoothies. It’s fun to make and eat candy love bugs and chocolate chip heart cookie pops. Kids will share chocolate fondue and they will try their hand at chocolate dipped cookies and pretzels.

Become a Junior Chocolatier
Kids will have great time learning about chocolate and how to cook with it. We will start off decadent chocolate milkshakes, Rich and creamy chocolate fondue is always fun and chocolate chip cookies made into pops will be a favorite. Brownies and rocky road collide in our mile high masterpieces; kids will craft delicious milk chocolate truffles and will make a party favor of chocolate sweet snacks in a cone. Fun will be had by all.

Savory Elegance
An elegant and appetizing meal to warm and satisfy any tastes. Our first course will be rich and satisfying shrimp bisque followed by a fresh salad of mixed greens and herbs with crisp and creamy goat cheese croutons. Our main course will be flaky halibut with chive butter prepared en papillote, a delicious and impressive technique, alongside haricot vert amandine. Bacon, asigo scone bites are tasty tidbits to please any palate. Dessert will be out of this world carrot cake with luscious cream cheese frosting.

French Bistro
Savor the flavors of France as we take you through a four course meal of French Bistro favorites. We will start with an appetizer of light and elegant blue cheese soufflés followed by a crisp salad of baby greens and tomatoes with a creamy green goddess dressing. The highlight of this meal is juicy filet of beef au poivre served with the perfect accompaniment, sautéed wild mushrooms and classic rich mashed potatoes. Gougres, tiny and light, will add a nice touch. Dessert will be fanciful chocolate almond Pavlova. Oui Oui!
