Apparently it’s the year for mash-ups, and this is another that I’m not too sure I will try.
Harpoon Brewery collaborated with Dunkin‘ and they have created a coffee flavored beer, and according to Dunkin’ it, “combines the flavors of Dunkin’s Original Blend with a bright, summery pale ale.” The chain told delish, “the light beer pairs well with summer foods such as coffee-rubbed brisket, chipotle chicken tacos, and brunch foods.”
I guess this is good timing though, because Sunday is National Beer Day. On April 7th, 1933, FDR took the first major step toward ending Prohibition and signed a law that would allow people to brew and distribute beer in the U.S., so now we celebrate with a date dedicated to drinking the libation!
