The secret has been discovered! The key to being healthy is…. a brief workout BEFORE work! Not anything super strenuous, but just a light walk for half an hour before work.

According to a new study, people who walked for half an hour before work lowered their blood pressure for the entire day, so much so, it was as if they were taking blood pressure medication.

Plus, walking had some mental benefits! “When people also got up and walked around during the day, they had even better results.  Ideally, you should get 30 minutes of exercise in the morning, then walk around at work for about three minutes every half-hour.”

Turns out, while this works for everyone, it’s even more effective in women.
