It’s Wine Wednesday! If you’re thinking about trying out Targets new boxed wine (I wrote about that here), either don’t indulge too much tonight, or skip the workout tomorrow.
Turns out that a hangover workout is a BAD idea. Personal Trainer from boutique boxing gym Kobox in London, Ian Streetz, told The Independent that, “A major problem with a hangover is of dehydration, and by attempting to sweat it out, further dehydration occurs” as reported by Deccan Chronicle.
Time to choose…. Wine or Workout?
